We can look to Christ for guidance, mercy, grace, love.

Just as Christ was never left alone, HE never leaves US.

HE will give YOU strength as the wings of an eagle. 40:31

The pattern of wings given for strength started long ago.
I was reminded of an image I drew after reading Revelation chapter 12 in the New Testament. A woman was given wings to give her flight. The wings helped her to soar to new heights.

This is what Christ does. He gives US wings.
It is a pattern from our glorious Heavenly Parents above.
I felt that the woman in Revelation 12 was Heavenly Mother travailing with a child in her womb, and that that child was Christ and he would be the pattern given to US all for eternal life.
I see a pattern of this as Christ was protected by wings before He was born from the womb of Mary; “like a mother who gathers her chicks” HE has described this; HE has known this, and now HE extends this protection to US, to YOU.

Wings may be given to YOU as eyes to see, ears to hear, strength & stamina beyond our own, whispers of guidance, and even protection in the womb.
“O isles, unto me; and hearken, ye people, from far; The Lord hath called me from the womb; from the bowels of my mother hath he made mention of my name. - 49:1

These chapters of Isaiah 40-49 are filled with hope & guidance; hope & guidance WE all need because WE are imperfect beings, struggling & striving in some way.

These chapters remind US that the Lord helps US because He loves US. We know He loves US because He died for US.
⠀
He works & waits patiently for me, for US, for YOU.
⠀
YOU are His
YOU are Theirs
WE are heirs
YOU are loved.
YOU are known.
God has never left YOU alone.

“Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.” Isaiah 41:10.
